Central Belize districts and Stann Creek lead daily COVID table

By Aaron Humes: The Belize District reported 14 of 25 new COVID-19 cases in the last three days according to data from the Ministry of Health and Wellness.

Belize City reported five cases; the Central Prison at Hattieville, three; and the village itself, two; one each in Burrell Boom, La Democracia, Lords Bank and San Pedro Town.

There was one case in Orange Walk Town, two in Benque Viejo and one in the Salvapan section of Belmopan.

In the Stann Creek District, three cases each were recorded in Dangriga Town and Pomona and neighboring Sarawee saw one.

Mainland Belize District excluding San Pedro Town has had 3,193 total cases; Cayo District, 2,563; Orange Walk, 2,463; Corozal, 1,603; Stann Creek, 1,437; Toledo, 798, and San Pedro, 567.
