Man grazed in Belize City shooting, was he the target?

By Benjamin Flowers: A Belize City man was grazed to the leg in a shooting last night, however, it is not known if he was the intended target.

Jayden Bobb, 20, told police that he was riding his bicycle on an unnamed alley at the corner of Kraal Road and Haynes Street and heading in the direction of Rivero Street when he heard several gunshots and realized he had been injured.

He was taken to the Karl Heusner Memorial Hospital (KHMH) for treatment.

Police later visited the area and found expended shells, live rounds, a slug, and a magazine.

Investigations into the incident are ongoing.
