Over 12,200 Belizeans have recovered from COVID-19

By Benjamin Flowers: The latest COVID-9 national update provided by the Ministry of Health and Wellness says that over 12,200 Belizeans who were previously infected have managed to recover from the virus.

The Ministry’s data showed that the national total for recoveries now stands at 12,218, with 10 of those being new recoveries.

This brings the national recovery rate up to 96.5.

Meanwhile, there are two patients currently hospitalized due to the virus, and another 104 cases under investigation.
