Belize Weather: Fair weather continues

Generally fair weather continues according to the National Meteorological Service, which forecasts sunny skies with a few cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight; showers will be isolated, if any.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 95 degrees Fahrenheit inland and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 82 degrees along the coast; 76 for inland areas and 68 in the highest terrain.

Winds are from the east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and gusty, sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas especially during night and early morning hours.

High tide is at 9:20 a.m. and 10:38 p.m. and low tide at 4:35 p.m. The sun sets at 6:21 p.m. and rises at 5:16 a.m. Wednesday.

The good weather continues through Wednesday at least.
