By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Honduran president Juan Orlando Hernández on Monday asked countries to donate or sell to Honduras their excess COVID-19 vaccines said Prensa Libre.
“If you can’t donate them, no problem, we have money to buy them but don’t let them those vaccines expire, please,” Hernández said in a statement issued by the Honduran presidency.
Hernández said his government was approaching the United States and Taiwan to donate or sell to Honduras COVID-19 vaccines which they were not using .
So far, Honduras has reported more than 220 thousand and 5,665 deaths.
