By Zoila Palma: On Monday, Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations, Anthony Mahler hosted a forum with environmental non-governmental organizations to discuss priority areas for tourism and conservation.
The Ministry says that the aim is to foster open dialogue between the Ministry, the Belize Tourism Board (BTB), and environmental partners.
Also in attendance at the meeting were Nicole Solano, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Tourism and Diaspora Relations; Evan Tillett, Chairman of the BTB Board of Directors; as well as staff of the Ministry of Tourism and Diaspora Relations and the BTB.
