This Friday will see relatively moist conditions, cloudy skies at times with a few showers, and isolated thunderstorms developing around the country but especially over central and southern areas today. Activity will gradually decrease and become isolated except for a few more over the south tonight.
High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast; 92 degrees over inland areas and 79 in the higher elevations. Tonight, temperatures fall to 79 degrees along the coast; 74 inland, and 66 in the hills.
Winds are from the east to northeast at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is light chop.
Tides will be high at 10:52 a.m. this morning and low at 6:27 p.m. this evening. The sun sets at 6:17 p.m. this evening and rises Saturday morning at 5:20 a.m.
In the extended outlook, showers will be isolated with the chance for a few more along with isolated thunderstorms over the south on Saturday and Saturday night.
