Ministry of Health and Wellness: 21 staff members from Princess Casino test positive for COVID-19

By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Health and Wellness informed that today 82 staff members from the Princess Casino were tested and a total of 21 persons tested positive for COVID-19.

Of the 21 positive cases, 17 persons are asymptomatic and 4 are mildly symptomatic and are receiving appropriate treatment, the Ministry said.

The Ministry says that all positive persons are in complete isolation and contact tracing is ongoing.

The Princess Casino is currently closed until contact tracing and proper sanitization has occurred.

The Ministry continues to encourage the public to adhere to precautionary measures and to get vaccinated as soon as possible.
