Armed thieves rob cash from Bowen and Bowen delivery truck

By Zoila Palma: Police are investigating an armed robbery that occurred on Thursday on the San Felipe Road in Toledo.

The driver of a Bowen and Bowen delivery truck told police that around 3:20 pm, he and his 2 co-workers were coming from Santa Anna Village when they saw 2 men wearing masks emerged from the bushes.

The men pointed guns at them and when they stopped, the men stole an undisclosed amount of cash from the vehicle.

The thieves then escaped running toward the Jacinto junction.

Police investigation continues.
