More rains forecasted, flood alert issued

By Zoila Palma: The National Meteorological Service says that moist and unstable weather conditions continue.

Skies will be cloudy at times with a few showers and isolated thunderstorms over the south and coastal areas.

Today’s temperature highs will range from 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 92 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 80 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills. Tonight’s temperature lows will range from 77 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, to 72 degrees Fahrenheit inland, and 66 degrees Fahrenheit in the hills.

 The extended forecast is for a few showers, periods of rain and isolated thunderstorms.

A flood alert was also issued for the possibility of flooding over low-lying and flood-prone areas.
