Zero COVID-19 deaths reported in 27 days

By BBN Staff: Data from the Ministry of Health and Wellness indicate that from April 29 to May 25, 2021, there have been zero COVID-19 deaths reported in Belize.

This is as the country ramps up its COVID-19 vaccination campaign.

Over 60,000 people have been vaccinated and 10,429 have been fully vaccinated against COVID-19.

There are now 76 active cases of COVID-19 in Belize.

The Ministry continues to encourage the public to get vaccinated to protect themselves and their loved ones.
