By Zoila Palma: The Ministry of Education, Culture, Science and Technology joined in extending congratulations to Dominique Noralez as she assumes her post of regional representative for the Caribbean and The Americas to the Commonwealth Youth Council.
“As we move towards empowering our youth through engagement & advocacy we acknowledge your commitment to represent Belize and lead on such an international stage. Best wishes as you embark on this new journey,” the Ministry said.
Dominique has represented youth on many regional and international platforms and the Department of Youth Services said that they are proud of her participation and representation of Belizean youth.
Noralez is currently the Student Affairs Director of the National Students Union of Belize, an executive councilor with the National Garifuna Council Belize City branch, an executive member of Pink Parliament, and a Sir Arthur Lewis Award Scholar at the UWI Cave Hill in Barbados.
