By Benjamin Flowers: The sitting Magistrate has closed the morning sessions for the San Pedro Magistrates Court; however, Jasmine Hartin has still not been formally charged in connection with the shooting death of Police Superintendent Henry Jemmott.
The court went on lunch break, with Hartin still in detention at the San Pedro Police Station.
Commissioner of Police Chester Williams said earlier that the Director of Public Prosecutions was, up to this morning, weighing what charges should be brought against Hartin.
More as the story develops.
