Pedro’s Inn back open for business

By Aaron Humes: The new owner of Pedro’s Inn in San Pedro Town, Ambergris Caye, Belize District, has announced via social media that the hotel is open for reservations following the May 23 fire that hit the business.

In that fire, the hotel’s restaurant and Club Inferno went up in flames and burned down, but no one was injured.

The hotel “would like to say a huge thank you to the firefighters, police officers and community assistance of the bucket brigade. Not to forget, all the kind words and helpful messages from the people of beautiful San Pedro, Country of Belize and all over the world.”

The fire is believed to be a case of arson.
