By Aaron Humes: Supreme Court Justice Herbert Lord has adjourned hearing of the bail application for accused Jasmine Hartin to next Wednesday.
He has sought submissions from Director of Public Prosecution (DPP) representative Shanice Lovell and Senior Counsel Godfrey Smith concerning the formal objection by the DPP office on basis of Hartin being a flight risk.
The Crown will enter its submission by Friday with a response on Monday and hearing set for Wednesday morning.
Much more to come.
