By Zoila Palma: The U.S. Embassy Belmopan and the United Nations Children’s Fund (UNICEF) will join in the handover of 157 sanitization stands and supplies to the Ministry of Education.
The donation is part of the ongoing COVID prevention project funded by the United States Agency for International Development (USAID).
The ceremony will be held on Friday at St. Martin’s Primary School, Partridge Street, St. Martin’s Area, Belize City.
The donation is timely as schools across Belize seek to return to face-to-face instruction.
