Belize Weather: Fair weather continues into the weekend

By Aaron Humes: Today’s weather will be mostly nice all-around according to the National Meteorological Service. Skies will be sunny this morning with a few cloudy spells and partly cloudy tonight with only isolated showers expected.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 95 degrees inland, and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures will reach 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 75 degrees inland, and 68 degrees in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots and the sea state is light chop.

Tides will be low next at 12:37 this afternoon, then high at 6:32 this evening. The sun sets at 6:24 this evening and rises Saturday morning at 5:17 am.

Continued fair and warm weather is expected on Saturday with only isolated showers.
