BREAKING NEWS: Court grants bail of $30,000 to Jasmine Hartin

By Aaron Humes: Supreme Court Justice Herbert Lord has granted bail of 30 thousand dollars with strict conditions to accused Jasmine Hartin.

She is to surrender all travel documents, is under a 7 PM to 6 am curfew and must report to San Ignacio Police Station daily until the case is concluded, among others. While the case will be tried in San Pedro, Hartin is being required to report to the San Ignacio Police Station as her Counsel told reporters that she will be staying in the Cayo area.

The judge said that in the balance the likelihood of Hartin being a flight risk was not sufficiently unacceptable to deny bail as is the right of all, national or not.
