Prime Minister encourages public to get vaccinated

By Zoila Palma: Prime Minister John Briceno said that his administration’s job creation plan is based on the COVID-19 vaccination plan.

“Our government now has a stockpile of vaccines, and we are getting close to having enough to reach our intended target. You see, my administration will reverse the massive mess we inherited from the previous UDP government,” Briceño said.

In addition, the Prime Minister asserted that the International Monetary Fund (IMF) supports Government’s recovery plan.

PM Briceño further encouraged the public to get vaccinated to help Belize bounce forward.

“Vaccination is job creation. Together we are bouncing forward. Remember to wear your mask, wash your hands, watch your distance. Thanks, God bless and have a safe week,” PM Briceño stated.
