By Aaron Humes: The National Meteorological Service says fair weather will continue, with mostly sunny skies today and partly cloudy tonight. Isolated thunderstorms and showers are to develop mainly over the south tonight and early on Wednesday morning.
High temperatures today peak at 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 95 degrees inland, and 84 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures fall to 82 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 76 degrees inland, and 70 in the hills.
Winds are East to southeast at 10 to 20 knots and gusty; the sea state is moderate to rough. A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas.
Low tide occurs at 2:44 this afternoon followed by high tide at 9:07 tonight.
Sunset is at half-past six and it rises Wednesday morning at 5:19 a.m.
Expect partly cloudy skies and isolated showers and thunderstorms on Wednesday, mainly in the south.
