Two held in shooting incident in Cotton Tree

By Aaron Humes: Police have detained two men from Cotton Tree village, Cayo District, in connection with an attack on the home of Albert Tillett, 38, of Cotton Tree, on Monday night.

Tillett, a musician, was at home with his family when he heard a sound resembling stones being thrown at the house. In actuality it was gunfire and when he came to the street side to see what was going on, he was shot to his left thigh.

Tillett is stable in the hospital as a police investigation continues.
