Belize Weather: Fair weather trend continues into the weekend

By Aaron Humes: The National Meteorological Service says generally fair weather conditions prevail, supporting sunny skies with occasional cloudy spells and partly cloudy skies tonight. Isolated showers or thunderstorms are expected, mainly affecting the south.

High temperatures are 88 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures will reach 81 degrees along the coast, 75 inland, and 68 in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 5 to 10 knots and the sea state is slight.

Tides will be high at 9:46 this morning and 11:36 this evening and low at 5:22 this evening.

The sun sets at half past six this evening and rises Saturday morning at 5:20 a.m.

The fair weather trend continues into Saturday.
