By Aaron Humes: Two weeks after a video link appearance and being granted bail, Jasmine Hartin has arrived to try to persuade Supreme Court Justice Herbert Lord not to send her back to Hattieville Central Prison.
One of the conditions of her bail being granted on the charge of manslaughter by negligence in the death of Police Superintendent Henry Jemmott, is that she was to continue being of good behaviour while awaiting a preliminary inquiry and ultimately trial.
Justice Lord made clear that any violation of the conditions for bail would result in immediate and automatic remand to prison.
She was offered bail this afternoon on a charge of common assault in San Pedro Town but this can be countermanded by the Supreme Court.
It is not clear who her attorney is at the moment.
We are monitoring developments and soon as there is a result we will let you know.
This is a developing story.
