Patrick Faber: “No way, no how will I leave the party”

By Aaron Humes: Embattled leader of the United Democratic Party Patrick Faber has said that the recall mechanism in which delegates of the party are being asked to weigh in is baked in the party Constitution, and so he must accede to it.

But, he says, he is seeking help for his personal issues, though he does not believe the situation he now faces is a result of those issues.

But he hopes to co-exist with new parliamentary Leader Moses “Shyne” Barrow and persuade a two-thirds majority to stay with him when the recall is held. Much more to follow.
