Minor busted with unlicensed firearm

By BBN Staff: Police have busted a Cayo teenager(16) for being in possession of an unlicensed firearm.

Benque Viejo Police were on patrol on Riverside Street when they saw someone sitting inside a parked bus.

When the police mobile stopped, the person threw a bag through the bus window. The officers retrieved the bag and found a .9mm pistol with a gold extended magazine which contained 10 live .9mm rounds.

Police escorted the minor to the station where he was officially charged.
