Belizean man imprisoned for fake US permanent resident card and Social Security

By BBN Staff: Belizean, Rickon Wade “Ricky Wade” has been sentenced to 3 years and 1 month in U.S. prison.

Wade was charged for using a fraudulent United States Permanent Resident Card and a fake Social Security card while applying for a “Real ID” identification card at a Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles office, the US Department of Justice said.

In October 2020, Ricky reportedly tried to get a Nevada Real ID identification card at a DMV office in Henderson.

Authorities believe that Wade obtained the fake documents a counterfeit document vendor in Los Angeles, California.

In addition to the prison term, Wade was sentenced to three years of supervised release.
