Breaking: Police officer found dead in Caribbean Shores station bathroom

By BBN Staff: Breaking Belize News has confirmed that a police officer was found dead inside the bathroom at the Caribbean Shores Police Station this morning.

Reports are that the officer, identified as Corporal Jose Blanco, was on duty doing his first tour at the station and went to use the bathroom where he was later found dead.

According to reports, Blanco was on his first night of duty at the station and other officers became concerned after he did not exit the bathroom after a long time.

The circumstances surrounding his passing are under investigation.
