Police seek public assistance in Belize Healthcare Partners robbery investigation

By Benjamin Flowers: The Belize Police Department is asking the public for information regarding the Sunday morning robbery of Belize Healthcare Partners Limited (BHPL).

According to police, two armed men entered the BHPL building just before 8:00 a.m. and robbed a security guard as well as a cashier at gunpoint.

The men made off with over $700 and two cell phones, escaping in a red SUV with no license plates.

Anyone with information regarding the incident is asked to report it by calling Crime Stoppers Belize at 922, making a report online at www.P3tips.com or calling the nearest police station.
