Belize Water Services announced interruption of service for Corozal

By BBN Staff: Belize Water Services Limited (BWS) has informed customers in Corozal that there will be a planned interruption of service tomorrow, Thursday, July 8, 2021.

The interruption is set to last from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m. 

Area to be affected: the area bounded to the North by 7th Street, to the South by 3rd Street South, to the West by 5th Avenue, and to the East by the Corozal Bay.

BWS said that the interruption is necessary to facilitate the installation of new water mains.

Motorists are being advised of the following street closure: 4th Avenue from its intersection with 3rd Street North to its intersection with 5th Street North.
