John Doe found in the Macal River identified, police arrest a man for his murder

By BBN Staff: The dead body of a murder victim was found in the Macal River on Monday. Today police say they have identified the victim and arrested one person in connection with the incident.

Police have positively identified the murder victim as 44-year-old Blue Creek, Toledo resident Felix Ack.

Officers have officially arrested and charged Jevon Levi Slusher, 40, a sanitation worker from San Ignacio Town, for Ack’s murder.

During the investigation, Ack’s body was officially identified by his father, Erasmo Ack, 63.
