There are now over 100,000 vaccinated Belizeans

By Benjamin Flowers: Over 100,000 Belizeans are now vaccinated, according to the latest vaccination report issued by the Ministry of Health and Wellness (MOHW).

The Ministry’s data for July 8, 2021, shows that 3,356 people were vaccinated (received their first vaccine dose), bringing the national total up to 102,052.

Additionally, 37,473 people have been fully vaccinated (received both vaccine doses). The Ministry’s data includes those who have received the AstraZeneca and Sinopharm vaccines.

The ministry reminds the public that vaccines are now available for anyone 18 years and older, and appointments can be made at https://vrsa.health.gov.bz/.
