Body of a man retrieved from Mopan River in Benque Viejo del Carmen

By BBN Staff: The body of a man was retrieved from the Mopan River by some young men from Benque Viejo del Carmen.

A person on the scene can be heard speaking in Spanish on a live Facebook stream video alleging that the Belize police killed the man because he is a Guatemalan.

The people on the live stream were up in arms about the incident.
