National Sports Council, Belize District Football Association host goalkeeping course at Marion Jones Sporting Complex on Friday

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: The National Sports Council of Belize (NSC) joins the Belize District Football Association in presenting a goalkeeping course.

The course entitled “Goal Keeping Workshop for Coaches & Active Goal Keepers” will be held at the Marion Jones Sporting Complex in Belize City on Friday, July 16, 2021.

The one-day course runs from 9:00 am to 4:00 pm.

It’s open to all coaches and active goalkeepers.

The instructors include Marvin Ottley, Shane Orio, and Stanley Reneau. The three have been top-of-the-line Belizean goalkeepers. Ottley and Reneau have become coaches. Orio played internationally in Costa Rica, Honduras, and Guatemala.
