Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations, Anthony Mahler, visits Toledo

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Minister of Tourism and Diaspora Relations, Anthony Mahler, Ministry officials and representatives of the Belize Tourism Board (BTB) continued their tour of tourism destinations on Wednesday with a visit to the Toledo District.

The Belize Tourism Board said on a social media post that in Toledo, Mahler and the team had “an open discussion regarding priority areas for stakeholders and updates were provided on developments within the industry.”

Minister Mahler was accompanied by Area Representative Mike Espat; Nicole Solano, Chief Executive Officer in the Ministry of Tourism & Diaspora Relations; Evan Tillett, Chairman of the BTB Board of Directors; Michelle Bowers, Interim Director of Marketing & Industry Relations; and Abil Castañeda, Chief Tourism Officer in the Ministry of Tourism & Diaspora Relations.
