Belize Weather: Mixing sunshine and showers

Relatively moist conditions prevail according to the National Meteorological Service, supporting spells of cloudy skies with showers and isolated thunderstorms mainly over southern and inland areas today and in the south tonight.

High temperatures are 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 92 degrees inland and 76 degrees in the hills. Tonight, it will be 79 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 73 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.

Winds are east to northeast at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is light chop.

Low tide occurs at 12:35 PM and 11:36 PM and high tide at 6:55 PM. Sunset this evening is at half past six and sunrise Tuesday morning is at 5:27.

Expect a few showers and thunderstorms in your area on Tuesday.
