Man arrested, charged for causing harm in Libertad village chopping incident

By BBN Staff: Police arrested and charged 27-year-old Jenner Quinonez, tug boat sailor of Concepcion Village, Corozal, for the causing harm during a chopping incident involving Rogelio Chan in Libertad Village, on Tuesday, July 20, 2021.

Jenner Quinonez was charged for the crimes of dangerous harm and use of deadly means of harm.

The charges were made at the Magistrate Court on Wednesday, July 21, where Quinonez was granted bail of $8,000.00 with two sureties of $4,000.00 each.

The case was adjourned for October 27, 2021.
