Mainly fair and warm – emphasis on warm – conditions prevail today and for the next few days in the estimation of the National Meteorological Service.
Skies will be mostly sunny today and clear to partly cloudy tonight. Showers will be generally isolated with a chance for some thunderstorms over the mountains this afternoon.
High temperatures are 91 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 97 degrees inland and 84 degrees in the hills. Tonight temperatures will reach 78 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 72 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills. Inland residents especially are advised to remain hydrated and limit their outdoor activities as much as possible due to the heat.
Winds are light and variable and sea conditions slight.
High tide is at 10:32 a.m. and 11:50 p.m. and low tide at 5:50 p.m. Sunset is at 6:28 this evening and sunrise Monday morning is at half past five.
The extended forecast is for similar weather conditions on Monday.
