Planned water outage set for Belize City on Tuesday

By BBN Staff: Belize Water Services (BWS) has announced that there will be a planned interruption of service on Tuesday, July 27 in Belize City.

The interruption is scheduled to run from 1:00 p.m. to 5:00 p.m.

The area being affected includes the entire North Side of Belize City, bounded by Princess Margaret Drive, Haulover Creek, and the Caribbean Sea.

BWS explained that the planned interruption is needed in order “to make repairs to a valve and pump at the Wilson Street Pumping Station…”.
