Get ready for the rain as the National Meteorological Service says a tropical wave crossing the country today will bring lots of it.
Skies will be mostly cloudy, with outbreaks of showers and thunderstorms all day, gradually decreasing by morning.
High temperatures are 85 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees Fahrenheit inland and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 80 degrees on the coast, 74 degrees inland and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are east to southeast at 10 to 20 knots, sea conditions are choppy to moderate. A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and locally rough seas especially during heavy showers and thunderstorms.
Tides will be high at 12:52 p.m. and low at 7:08 p.m. Sunset this evening is at 6:27 and sunrise Thursday morning is at 5:30.
Rainfall activity will be mainly confined to the South on Thursday.
