By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Agriculture Minister Jose Abelardo Mai says Extension Officers play a crucial role in the success of agriculture, said a social media post by the Ministry of Agriculture, Food Security, and Enterprise (MAFSE).
Minister Mai was speaking at the presentation of the Extension Service Mid-Year Report.

Mai added that the talent pool at the Ministry must be put to effective use to get farmers the best service possible.

The meeting was attended by Chief Agriculture Officer Andrew Harrison, Head of Extension Clifford Martinez, and all District Agriculture Coordinators, as well as representatives of MAFSE’S partners in development.
