By Aaron Humes: The National Meteorological Service is calling for sunny skies with some cloudy spells today and partly cloudy skies tonight as moisture effects linger. There will be a few showers and isolated thunderstorms countrywide but especially in the south.
High temperatures are 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 93 degrees inland, and 82 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 75 degrees inland, and 66 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots, the sea state is light chop to choppy.
Tides will be low at 9:06 am and 9:02 PM and high at 2:37 this afternoon. Sunset is at 6:26 this evening and sunrise Saturday morning at 5:31.
There will be showery activity and thunderstorms countrywide on Saturday, decreasing during the night.
