Over 70 new recoveries from COVID-19

By BBN Staff: The Ministry of Health and Wellness is reporting that 71 new patients have recovered from COVId-19 infection.

According to the Ministry’s latest national update, the new recoveries were split between 35 females and 36 males.

The national total for recoveries now stands at 13,420, and the national recovery rate stands at 94.8.

There were five patients still hospitalized due to the virus, but none receiving critical care in an intensive care unit (ICU).

The MOHW notes that there are 388 active cases of COVID-19 and another 148 suspected cases under investigation.
