Belize continues under moist and unstable conditions, supporting cloudy skies at times today with rain and isolated thunderstorms in the south, decreasing by this afternoon. Skies will be cloudy tonight with showers and isolated thunderstorms over the south and coast. A flood warning is in effect for the southern Toledo District due to heavy overnight rain.
High temperatures today are 87 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 92 degrees inland and 78 degrees in the hills. Tonight, temperatures reach 80 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 74 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots and sea state is choppy.
Low tide occurs at 11:28 this morning and again at 10:29 this evening and high tide is at 5:13 this evening. The sun sets at 6:25 this evening and rises Monday morning at 5:32.
The extended forecast calls for cloudy skies at times on Monday with showers and isolated thunderstorms over the south and coast.
