As relatively moist and unstable conditions continue, according to the National Meteorological Service, skies will be sunny today, with some cloudy spells, and cloudy at times tonight.
Showers and isolated thunderstorms will first occur mostly over central and southern areas in the daytime, decreasing, and isolated elsewhere, then redevelop over the south and coast tonight.
High temperatures are 90 degrees Fahrenheit over the coast, 94 degrees inland and 80 degrees in the hills. Tonight it will be 80 degrees along the coast, 75 degrees inland and 68 degrees in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots and gusty, sea state is light chop to rough. Operators of small craft should exercise caution for gusty winds and locally rough seas near heavy showers and thunderstorms.
A flood warning remans in effect for southern Toledo District.
Tides will be low at 12:35 this afternoon and 11:20 tonight, and high at 6:42 this evening. Sunset is at 6:25 and sunrise Tuesday morning is at 5:32 a.m.
Expect showers and isolated thunderstorms around the country on Tuesday morning, isolsted by afternoon and over the south again at night.
