Minister of Home Affairs’ country-tour of police stations comes to Belize City

By Benjamin Flowers: Today, Minister of Home Affairs and New Growth Industries Kareem Musa, took his countrywide tour of police stations to Belize City, and toured the Eastern Police Division.

Musa, flanked by the Chief Executive Officer – Mr. Kevin Arthurs, Commissioner of Police – Chester Williams, Eastern Police Division Commander – Dr. Richard Rosado – ACP, all the Divisional Commanders & their Deputies, COMPOL’s Staff Officer – Supt. Clement Cacho, President of the BPD Association – Sgt. Jermaine Hyde & other support staff, met and spoke with the rank and file of the department.

“During this tour, today, Minister Musa & the team, carried out an inspection of the guard in the morning & afternoon, group meetings with all the police officers, one & one discussions with police officers requesting an audience, presentation by the president of BPD Association, presentation by personnel of Ministry of Health and Police Officers receiving their vaccines,” the Police Department said.

Musa has already visited the Southern, Northern, and Western Police formations, and has also taken trips to San Pedro and Caye Caulker on his tour.
