Belize Weather: Good weather prevails

The National Meteorological Service says fair weather prevails. Skies today will be sunny with some cloudy spells and tonight cloudy at times. Showers and isolated thunderstorms exist over Toledo District but will be isolated elsewhere.

High temperatures are 89 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 94 degrees inland and 82 in the hills. Tonight it will be 81 degrees along the coast, 75 inland and 68 in the hills.

Winds are easterly at 5 to 15 knots; sea state is light chop.

Tides will be low at 2:22 this afternoon and high at 8:33 tonight. Sunset is at 6:24 this evening and sunrise Thursday morning is at 5:32.

Fair weather continues through Thursday but shower activity picks up in the south and along the coast Thursday night.
