Minister of Home Affairs & New Growth Industries Kareem Musa on the final leg of nationwide tour Belize District rural at the Ladyville

By Rubén Morales Iglesias: Minister of Home Affairs & New Growth Industries Kareem Musa on Thursday completed his nationwide tour of police facilities with a visit to the personnel of the Belize District rural communities, known as Eastern Police Division Three, at the Ladyville Village Community Center according to a social media post by the Belize Police Department (BPD).

The BPD said Minister Musa was accompanied by the Commissioner of Police Chester Williams, Eastern Police Division Commander Dr. Richard Rosado ACP, Deputy Eastern Division Commander Senior Superintendent Suzette Anderson, Division Three Commander Senior Superintendent Dwayne Sutherland, Officer in Charge Ladyville Precinct – Assistant Superintendent Jose Mendez, Officer in Charge Hattieville Precinct – Assistant Superintendent Delvin Zuniga and their Deputies, President of the BPD Association Sergeant Jermaine Hyde, plus other support staff.

As per protocol, during his visit on Thursday, Minister Musa inspected the guard, held group meetings with all the police officers, one & one discussions with police officers requesting an audience. Plus, there were presentations by the president of the BPD Association and by personnel of the Ministry of Health. A number of police officers received special recognition and others took advantage of the opportunity to get vaccinated.
