By BBN Staff: A mix of sunshine and showers is expected according to the National Meteorological Service.
Skies will be sunny with cloudy spells today and partly cloudy to cloudy tonight. There will be showers and isolated thunderstorms countrywide, decreasing by evening and restricted to the south tonight.
High temperatures are 86 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 90 degrees inland, and 81 degrees in the hills. Tonight temperatures will reach 81 degrees Fahrenheit along the coast, 75 inland, and 68 in the hills.
Winds are easterly at 10 to 20 knots and the sea state is choppy. A small craft caution is in effect for occasional gusty winds and rough seas.
Tides will be high at 8:06 this morning and 9:44 this evening and low at 3:43 this afternoon.
Sunset is at 6:23 this evening and sunrise Saturday morning is at 5:33.
Saturday will see showers and isolated thunderstorms over central and northern areas in the morning, becoming isolated by afternoon then redeveloping over the South Saturday night.
