Ministry of Health says James Bus on road to recovery

By Aaron Humes: According to the Ministry of Health and Wellness, more than 75 percent of the staff of James Bus Line impacted by COVID-19 have been medically cleared. More than 20 had been infected.

Thus, the Ministry approved James’ return to the road, contingent on strictly enforced public health measures for staff and commuters.

Commuters are reminded to properly wear their facemasks and use hand sanitizer while traveling to minimize exposure to the virus. Additionally, buses are operating for now at half capacity.

As frontline workers, the Ministry said, all public transport operators are to be vaccinated per SI 74, and customers are advised to get vaccinated too when they can.
