By Benjamin Flowers: The San Pedro Magistrate’s Court has spared Jasmine Hartin a return trip tomorrow over her manslaughter charge.
Attorney representing Hartin, Richard “Dickie” Bradley, made an application in court today for Hartin to receive her trial dates for her common assault hearing and her manslaughter charge at today’s court session.
The sitting Magistrate granted the application and set both matters for October 5. As such, Hartin will not need to return to San Pedro, since she currently resides in San Ignacio.
Her third matter, a custody hearing in relation to her children, will be heard at the family court in Belize City.
